Matty “The Bullet” Cole races for Caygill

March 19th, 2019

Over the winter our caygill sponsored athlete Matty Cole has been in talks with Arthur and Scott Caygill about the idea of dropping triathlon to persue his passion for cycling, after a fantastic year in multi sport last year it wasn’t an easy decision but we are glad to announce that we will be supporting Matty once again this year Purley as a cyclist, this is an exciting prospect as all Mattys efforts can now be focused on one discipline.

We chatted to Matty about his bike requirements and it seemed right to fit him up with a well spec’d Caygill carbon bike.

Matty took the new machinery to prissick cycle circuit last weekend for a test and competed in the U14 spring shield race, the bike and the legs did not disappoint,as he took his first win of the season!!
Matty is now planning to race in select events over the 2019 season where he can build his knowledge and experience,as soon as he gives us details of his racing calendar we’ll add them to our newsfeed .

We wish Matty the best of luck for all his 2019 races.
