Part 2 of the TT professional bike fit.

It was lovely to see Joanne again today, to fit her to her wonderful new Liv Cycling Avow SL TT bike. I had already taken Joanne's measurements a few weeks ago, so today was all about us spending the time to adjust the saddle height, cock pit and TT extensions so that she could ride in the TT position and be comfortable doing so.
I made Joanne a cup of Yorkshire tea and we went up into the bike fit room. When she saw the bike her face said it all, she really was like a kid in a bike shop! ( I Nearly wrote a kid in a sweetie shop, but a kid in a bike shop sounds so much better!) We spoke a lot about her cycling, training and racing she'll be doing next year, then it was time to make this wonderful flying machine fit like a glove!
2 and half hours later this is literally how it felt.
Joanne, if we don't see you before Christmas we wish you all the very best and we look forward to seeing you next year when we carry out your free service. It'll be lovely to hear all your new cycling stories then.
