The Caygill Christmas cracker bike ride!!
Yes it's upon us again folks and this year we've got a great scenic ride planned with a super new venue The Farmers Arms, Scorton for Sunday dinner and the wonderful Bradley Thompson singing for us!
The date is Sunday the 18th of December and we'll meet up outside of our shop at 10am. The route is Richmond, Kirby hill, Gayles, Dalton, Newsham, Hutton magna, Caldwell, Eppleby, Manfield, Cleasby, Stapleton, Croft, Dalton on Tees, Dalton gates, Moulton, Scorton (where we will stop for food and entertainment) The overall distance is around 38-40 miles and will be a steady pace. We're asking for £21 per head which will pay for your Sunday dinner (please see the menu in this post) + our singer. All money is to be paid in cash at Arthur Caygill cycles and the deadline date is the 27th of November. This will be a great sociable event and all are welcome, please ensure you can ride 40 miles comfortably and don't worry, it's not a race, it's like minded people pedaling together and enjoying food and entertainment.
