Another breakdown all sorted.

I got a phone call from my sister last night at 5.40pm just as I was gettting myself ready to join the Wednesday wheeler's. She told me of how a Gentleman had arrived at our shop just as we were closing who had broken down whilst on a big tour. She asked me if we could assess his bike first thing in the morning so he could get back on the road as soon as possible. I opened up the business this morning to see a very poorly Trek bike resting against the counter. We took it straight through to our workshop and began to work our magic! With only having two staff in today we knew it was going to be a little testing to say the least but my main thoughts were on gettting this Gentleman back on the road, and when we focused on this I could feel our passion shining through. It was a wonderful experience for us to be able to get you back on the road Geoff and for you to have faith in your bike again. I hope we cross paths again, where ever that may be and I wish you all the very best with the rest of your tour.
